Enoch King has been a cornerstone of IBYC for decades, starting as a participant and rising to a leadership role. He currently serves as a director and is the head pastor of Way of the Cross Baptist Church in St. Croix. Enoch’s long-standing commitment to IBYC and his congregation reflects his deep passion for ministry and youth development.
Paul Garnes has been an active member of IBYC for over six years. He currently serves as the head pastor of Bearing Bible Church in Barbados and has dedicated decades to working with youth. His love and dedication to the ministry have led him to take on the role of director, where he continues to impact young lives.
Robert Williams has been serving with IBYC for over eight years. He is currently the youth pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Antigua, where he has worked with youth for more than two decades. Leveraging his extensive experience, Robert now serves as an IBYC director, contributing to the ministry’s mission of nurturing and empowering young people.
Rhoda Murphy’s journey into ministry began with her first attendance at IBYC in 2004, which became a pivotal moment in her life. Her passion for youth, particularly young women and music, swiftly elevated her to a leadership position. Rhoda has been a Lecturer at the Antigua State College for the past 13 years and plays an active role in her local church, serving in worship, missions, youth and women’s ministries. These responsibilities seamlessly extend into her contributions within the IBYC community.
Rishi has been serving with IBYC since 2015, overseeing kitchen and snack shack operations. Since 2020, he has also served as the Trinidad and Tobago Young Life Area Director. With over 25 years of experience working with youth, Rishi brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his roles.
Kevin Archibald, who first joined IBYC as a youth participant, now serves in a leadership capacity, overseeing all musical operations at the conference. He is actively involved in his local church in Anguilla, where he leads the music department and mentors youth through music, helping them develop their talents and faith.
Marlon is a veteran IBYC leader who has consistently supported and served the ministry over the years. He oversees all financial operations as the official IBYC accountant. A certified CPA, Marlon also serves faithfully in his local ministry, bringing both professional expertise and spiritual dedication to his work.
Joralia St. Louis, a native of St. Lucia, has been a dedicated youth director at Faith Baptist Church for over 15 years. She has been an integral part of IBYC for decades and has successfully established a Young Life ministry on her island. Through her work, she continues to inspire and guide young people in their personal and spiritual growth.
Marthious serves as an assistant pastor and youth leader on the island of St. Croix. With decades of service to IBYC, he currently holds the position of Program Director. In addition to his ministry work, Marthious is a college professor at a prominent university in St. Croix, where he combines his passion for education and youth development.
